| Resumo: | O avanço da tecnologia e o aumento da produtividade e lucratividade trouxeram grandes impactos à saúde do trabalhador, mais notadamente na esfera física e psíquica, ou seja, esse aumento da produtividade vem afetando a mente e o corpo do enfermeiro. A Síndrome de burnout tem sido apontada como uma nova enfermidade, relacionada às mudanças introduzidas no mundo do trabalho. O presente estudo teve o objetivo de demonstrar a importância da temática através de uma revisão bibliográfica. Uma análise demonstrou haver certo consenso quanto à conceituação do burnout, sua forma de manifestar-se e maneiras de prevenir. |
| Abstract: | The advancement of technology and increasing productive and lucrative brought impacts worker health, more notably the physical and psychic sphere, this increase of the productive is affecting mind and body of the nurse. The burnout syndrome has been pointed as a new disease related the changes introduce in the work word. The presents study had of demonstrate the importance of the thematic through of the bibliographic review and analysis showed that there was a certain consensus on the conceptualization of burnout their way of expressing themselves and was to prevent. |
