    <title>A inclusão de crianças com transtorno do espectro autista na educação infantil: contribuições das práticas pedagógicas inclusivas</title>
    <link>https://dspace.unigoyazes.edu.br/handle/123456789/2162</link>
    <description>Título: A inclusão de crianças com transtorno do espectro autista na educação infantil: contribuições das práticas pedagógicas inclusivas
Abstract: Objective:&#xD;
This study analyzes the importance of including children with Autism Spectrum&#xD;
Disorder (ASD) in Early Childhood Education, considering the contributions of inclusive&#xD;
pedagogical practices to the social, cognitive, and communicative development of&#xD;
these students in the institutional environment. Methodology: This is a qualitative,&#xD;
analytical-interpretative research study, developed through a bibliographic survey.&#xD;
Data collection was carried out in academic databases such as Google Scholar and&#xD;
SciELO, using the descriptors "challenges of inclusive education," "Learning of children&#xD;
with ASD," and "ASD and inclusive education," from January to March 2026. The&#xD;
following descriptors were used: inclusive education, ASD, Early Childhood Education,&#xD;
inclusion, and inclusive pedagogical practices. The selected materials were analyzed&#xD;
&#xD;
5&#xD;
&#xD;
through exploratory and interpretive reading, considering scientific productions and&#xD;
documents related to the theme. Results: The studies analyzed show that the&#xD;
inclusion of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Early Childhood Education&#xD;
significantly contributes to the development of social, cognitive, and communicative&#xD;
skills, in addition to fostering the creation of more welcoming and diversity-prepared&#xD;
institutional environments. Final Considerations: It is concluded that inclusive&#xD;
pedagogical practices, associated with ongoing teacher training and the use of&#xD;
appropriate methodologies, are fundamental to promoting effective inclusion,&#xD;
guaranteeing the right to education and favoring the integral development of children.

    <title>Perfil epidemiológico da sífilis congênita e gestacional na região centro-oeste do brasil (2019-2024)</title>

    <description>Título: Perfil epidemiológico da sífilis congênita e gestacional na região centro-oeste do brasil (2019-2024)
Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To analyze the epidemiological profile of congenital and gestational&#xD;
syphilis in the Central-West region of Brazil from 2019 to 2024. METHODOLOGY: This&#xD;
is a descriptive and retrospective epidemiological study, conducted using secondary&#xD;
data obtained from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) and the&#xD;
Ministry of Health. RESULTS: From 2019 to 2024, the Central-West Region registered&#xD;
a sustained increase in syphilis notifications. Notably, the 30-39 age group was the&#xD;
most affected in gestational syphilis, representing 22,770 cases, while in congenital&#xD;
syphilis the predominant age group among mothers was 20-29 years, with 5,280&#xD;
notifications; both age groups comprise young women in their reproductive years.&#xD;
&#xD;
Regarding the sociodemographic profile, 24,858 women self-identified as mixed-&#xD;
race/brown, and 5,904 had low levels of education (incomplete primary education).&#xD;
&#xD;
Latent syphilis was the predominant clinical form (42%). Regarding healthcare, it was&#xD;
identified that in 59.00% of cases of congenital syphilis, mothers received prenatal&#xD;
care. CONCLUSION: The results indicate the need to strengthen public health in the&#xD;
areas surrounding capital cities and metropolitan regions, areas with the highest&#xD;
notification rates in the Central-West region. The persistence of vertical transmission&#xD;
is associated with the spread of the disease to the interior of the country, social&#xD;
vulnerability, and late diagnosis. The inclusion of clinical pharmacy is strategic to&#xD;
improve prenatal care, ensure adherence to Benzathine Penicillin G, and promote&#xD;
multidisciplinary integration, aiming to mitigate the adverse outcomes of syphilis in the&#xD;
region.

    <description>Título: O impacto do tratamento farmacológico na qualidade de vida de pacientes com transtorno bipolar
Abstract: Objectives: To analyze the impact of pharmacological treatment on the quality of life of patients with Bipolar Disorder.Methodology: This is a qualitative literature review, conducted through the analysis of scientific articles, books, and clinical guidelines related to Bipolar Disorder and the pharmacological treatments used in the management of the disease. Results: It was observed that mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, and antidepressants play a fundamental role in controlling mood swings and reducing relapses, contributing to the improvement of the social, emotional, and cognitive functioning of patients.Conclusion or Final considerations: Pharmacological treatment is essential for the control of Bipolar Disorder, but it must be accompanied by continuous monitoring and an individualized approach, aiming for greater therapeutic adherence and better quality of life for patients.

    <description>Título: Desenvolvimento e avaliação de creme hidratante para mãos com ativos naturais: investigação de características organolépticas na adição de substâncias naturais no desenvolvimento de novas formulações
Abstract: OBJECTIVES: To analyze the influence of the oil phase concentration on the&#xD;
development and physicochemical and sensory properties of moisturizing hand&#xD;
creams formulated with natural ingredients. MATERIALS AND METHODS:&#xD;
Experimental laboratory study with a qualitative and exploratory approach. Three&#xD;
formulations were developed using virgin coconut oil and sweet almond oil at&#xD;
different concentrations incorporated into a non-ionic cream base. The&#xD;
formulations were evaluated through organoleptic analysis, pH determination,&#xD;
and preliminary stability tests under different storage conditions. RESULTS: The&#xD;
oil phase concentration directly influenced viscosity, spreadability, skin&#xD;
absorption, and residual sensation. The 10% formulation showed higher&#xD;
occlusivity, while the 5% formulation presented lighter texture and faster&#xD;
absorption. The 7% formulation exhibited balanced sensory and functional&#xD;
properties. All formulations maintained satisfactory preliminary physical stability.&#xD;
CONCLUSION: The modulation of the oil phase proved to be essential for&#xD;
tailoring formulation characteristics, highlighting the potential of natural&#xD;
ingredients in the development of effective cosmetic products suitable for&#xD;
different skin types.
