Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to analyze the role of nursing in promoting comprehensive
care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Methodology: This is an
integrative literature review, conducted in the LILACS, SciELO, and PubMed
databases, using articles published between 2015 and 2025, in Portuguese and
English. Results: The results showed that nursing primarily acts in the early
identification of the disorder, health education, support for families, humanization of
care, and articulation of interdisciplinary care. Challenges related to insufficient
professional training and the difficulties faced in assisting this population were also
identified. Final considerations: It is concluded that nursing plays an essential role
in promoting comprehensive care for individuals with ASD, and it is necessary to
expand professional qualification strategies and strengthen public policies aimed at
comprehensive humanized care.

Abstract: The search for aesthetic oral rehabilitation is becoming more and more frequent in modern dentistry because it restores self-esteem, function and aesthetics to the patient. With the evolution of materials and the emergence of new techniques of oral rehabilitation, aesthetic treatments, less invasive, could be performed safely. We present a clinical case of an aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of a patient with parafunctional habits, in a private dental clinic in Goiânia-GO, where the material used in the patient's rehabilitation was lithium disilicate reinforced ceramics throughout the upper and lower arches. The oral rehabilitation of the clinical case was able to restore aesthetics and function to the patient who had been committed by the parafunctional habit. The success and longevity of the treatment was achieved through good planning and technical execution. Adhesive oral rehabilitation through reinforced ceramics is a good alternative for patients severely compromised by parafunctional habits
